- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An owner or operator of an automotive wrecking and salvage yard or that person‘s agent or employee may not display, store, or work on a junked or wrecked automotive vehicle or a part, accessory, or junk from the vehicle outside or above the fence required by this chapter.
