- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The appropriate municipal authority may revoke or refuse to issue or renew a person‘s municipal license to operate an automotive wrecking and salvage yard if the authority finds the person violated a provision of this chapter.
