- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
It is a defense to prosecution under § 686.002 that the person charged produces one of the documents listed in § 601.053 that was valid at the time the offense is alleged to have occurred.
