Terms Used In Texas Utilities Code 181.101
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
In this subchapter:
(1) “Equipment” means a line, wire, cable, pipe, conduit, conductor, pole, or other facility for the transmission of community antenna or cable television service.
(2) “Person” means an individual, firm, or corporation.
