- City: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section 10-3c-102. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
The city engineer shall be provided with a seal by the city for his use, containing the words “____City, Utah, Engineering Department.” The seal shall be affixed to every certification approval.
