Terms Used In Utah Code 16-11-9
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
A professional corporation may render professional services only through its officers, employees and agents who are duly licensed to render such professional services.
