The costs reimbursed under this part may not exceed the money in the fund. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 19-6-816
- Division: means the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control created in Section 19-1-105. See Utah Code 19-6-803
- Fund: means the Waste Tire Recycling Fund created in Section 19-6-807. See Utah Code 19-6-803
- Month: means a calendar month, unless otherwise expressed. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.

If applications for reimbursement under Section 19-6-809, 19-6-811, or 19-6-812 during any month exceed the money in the fund, the Division of Finance shall prorate the amount of all claims for reimbursement for the month and defer payment of the remainder. |

The amount remaining unpaid on a claim for reimbursement shall be treated as a new application for reimbursement in the next succeeding month until the unpaid amount is $500 or less, at which time the balance of the claim shall be paid in full. |
