Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
Insured: means a person to whom or for whose benefit an insurer makes a promise in an insurance policy and includes:
          (103)(a)(i) a policyholder;
          (103)(a)(ii) a subscriber;
          (103)(a)(iii) a member; and
          (103)(a)(iv) a beneficiary. See Utah Code 31A-1-301
Public adjuster: means a person required to be licensed under Section 31A-26-201, who engages in insurance adjusting as a representative of insureds and claimants under insurance policies. See Utah Code 31A-26-102

(2) providing for notice requirements in contracts; and

(3) establishing the scope of a contract a public adjuster enters into with an insured that the public adjuster represents.
