Terms Used In Utah Code 34-34-10

  • employer: as used in this chapter includes all persons, firms, associations, corporations, the state, its counties, cities, school districts and other political subdivisions. See Utah Code 34-34-3
  • Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
     No employer shall require any person to pay any dues, fees, or other charges of any kind to any labor union, labor organization or any other type of association as a condition of employment or continuation of employment.
