The board may enter into an agreement with another government, government entity, or state agency for the purpose of carrying out the objectives described in this chapter. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 40-11-18
- Board: means the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining. See Utah Code 40-11-1
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
