Utah Code 53-1-302. Definitions

As used in this part:

(1)	“Director” means the division director appointed under Section 53-1-303.

Director: means the division director appointed under Section 53-1-303. See Utah Code 53-1-302
Division: means the Management Information Services Division created in Section 53-1-303. See Utah Code 53-1-302

(2)	“Division” means the Management Information Services Division created in Section 53-1-303.
