Terms Used In Utah Code 56-1-7
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Amending the articles of incorporation by adding new lines of route, altering the original route, or changing the termini shall not be deemed an alteration of the original purpose of the corporation.
