58-37f-701. Immunity from liability.

An individual who has submitted information to or accessed and reviewed the database in accordance with this chapter may not be held civilly liable, including under 4, for such actions, or a lack of action, which are protected and are not subject to civil discovery, as provided in Section 58-37f-302. |

Terms Used In Utah Code 58-37f-701
- Database: means the controlled substance database created in Section 58-37f-201. See Utah Code 58-37f-102
- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
