- Adjudicative proceeding: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Commission: means the Securities Commission created in Section 61-1-18. See Utah Code 61-1-13
- Division: means the Division of Securities established by Section 61-1-18. See Utah Code 61-1-13
The commission and division shall comply with the procedures and requirements of Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, in an adjudicative proceeding under this chapter.
