63C-26-101. Definitions.
As used in this part:

(1)	“Board” means the governing board of the project entity.

Board: means the governing board of the project entity. See Utah Code 63C-26-101
Committee: means the Project Entity Oversight Committee created in Section 63C-26-201. See Utah Code 63C-26-101
Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
Project entity: means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-13-103. See Utah Code 63C-26-101

(2)	“Committee” means the Project Entity Oversight Committee created in Section 63C-26-201.

(3)	“Project entity” means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-13-103.
