63M-15-102. Definitions. As used in this chapter:

“Commission” means the Utah Marriage Commission created by this chapter. |

- Coordinator: means an employee from Utah State University described in Section 63M-15-206. See Utah Code 63M-15-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

“Commission leadership” means the commission’s elected chair, elected vice chair, and coordinator. |

“Coordinator” means an employee from Utah State University described in Section 63M-15-206. |
