- Division: means the Division of Outdoor Recreation. See Utah Code 73-18-2
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
The administration and enforcement of the State Boating Act shall be under the supervision and direction of the division.
