The
state engineer may:

periodically review a project to determine if the person who holds the recharge or recovery permit is complying with the conditions of the permit; and |

- Recovery permit: means a permit issued by the state engineer to construct and operate a recovery project. See Utah Code 73-3b-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

permanently revoke or temporarily suspend a permit for good cause after an investigation and a hearing. |
