79-4-204. Division authorized to enter into contracts and agreements.

The division, with the approval of the executive director and the governor, may enter into contracts and agreements with the United States, a United States agency, any other department or agency of the state, semipublic organizations, and with private individuals to:

- Executive director: means the executive director of the department who is appointed under Section 79-2-202. See Utah Code 79-1-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- United States: includes each state, district, and territory of the United States of America. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

improve and maintain state parks and the areas administered by the division; and |
| (b) |
secure labor, quarters, materials, services, or facilities according to procedures established by the Division of Finance. |

All departments, agencies, officers, and employees of the state shall give to the division the consultation and assistance that the division may reasonably request. |
