- Committee: means the Utah Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Advisory Committee created in Section 79-7-206. See Utah Code 79-5-102
- Division: means the Division of Outdoor Recreation. See Utah Code 79-5-102
- Land: includes :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- trail: means a multi-use path used for:
(a) muscle-powered activities, including: (i) bicycling; (ii) cross-country skiing; (iii) walking; (iv) jogging; and (v) horseback riding; and (b) uses compatible with the uses described in Subsection (3)(a), including the use of an electric assisted bicycle or motor assisted scooter, as defined in Section 41-6a-102.
