  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

§ 1571. Authority to act as trustee

A religious state convention organized under the laws of this State is hereby authorized to act as trustee under deeds, wills, or otherwise when such convention is a beneficiary under the trust.
