  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See
  • sworn: shall include affirmed. See

§ 3965. Return to be signed and sworn to; exception

The return or statement shall be signed by the person making it, and shall be sworn to by him or her unless he or she is a sworn public officer and makes the return in his or her official capacity.
