Affirmed: In the practice of the appellate courts, the decree or order is declared valid and will stand as rendered in the lower court.
sworn: shall include affirmed. See

§ 127. Oath; sworn

“Oath” shall include affirmation where by law an affirmation may be substituted. In like cases, “sworn” shall include affirmed.
