  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 1604. Possession of destructive devices

A person who manufactures, possesses, stores, or transports a destructive device or a hoax device shall be imprisoned for not more than 10 years or fined not more than $5,000.00, or both.
