  • Agency: means the Agency of Transportation. See
  • Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.

§ 1706. Disposal of property

When any property acquired by the State for a limited access facility becomes no longer necessary, the Agency, with approval of the Governor, may sell and convey it by deed or lease.
