§ 721. Creation of Division
The Division for Historic Preservation is created under 3 V.S.A. § 2473 to coordinate historic preservation activities on behalf of the State. (Added 1975, No. 109, § 4; amended 1995, No. 190 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
