Vermont Statutes Title 23 Sec. 806

Commissioner: shall mean in this title only the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. See
Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.

§ 806. Additional evidence

Additional evidence of financial responsibility shall be furnished the Commissioner at any time upon his or her request therefor.
