Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 26 Sec. 1094

  • Director: means the Director of the Office of Professional Regulation. See
  • Fees: shall mean earnings due for official services, aside from salaries or per diem compensation. See
  • License: means a current authorization granted by the Director permitting the practice of property inspecting. See

§ 1094. Licensure generally

The Director shall issue a license or renew a license, upon payment of the fees required under this chapter, to an applicant or licensee who has satisfactorily met all the requirements of this chapter. (Added 2013, No. 136 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
