Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 33 Sec. 7212
- Facility: means a residential care home, nursing home, assisted living residence, home for persons who are terminally ill, or therapeutic community residence licensed or required to be licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. See
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Writ: A formal written command, issued from the court, requiring the performance of a specific act.
§ 7212. Writ of possession
After notice and a hearing, the court may issue a writ of possession as provided for in 12 V.S.A. § 4854 on behalf of the receiver for specific real or personal property related or pertaining to the facility. (Added 2009, No. 36, § 2.)
