Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 7 Sec. 905
- Cannabis establishment: means a cannabis cultivator, propagation cultivator, wholesaler, product manufacturer, retailer, testing laboratory, or integrated licensee licensed by the Board to engage in commercial cannabis activity in accordance with this chapter. See
- cultivator: means a person licensed by the Board to engage in the cultivation of cannabis in accordance with this chapter. See
- wholesaler: means a person licensed by the Board to purchase, process, transport, and sell cannabis and cannabis products in accordance with this chapter. See
§ 905. Wholesaler license
A wholesaler licensed under this chapter may:
(1) purchase cannabis and cannabis products from a licensed cannabis establishment;
(2) transport, process, package, and sell cannabis and cannabis products to a licensed cannabis establishment; and
