Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 7 Sec. 906
- Cannabis establishment: means a cannabis cultivator, propagation cultivator, wholesaler, product manufacturer, retailer, testing laboratory, or integrated licensee licensed by the Board to engage in commercial cannabis activity in accordance with this chapter. See
- product manufacturer: means a person licensed by the Board to manufacture cannabis products in accordance with this chapter. See
§ 906. Product manufacturer license
A product manufacturer licensed under this chapter may:
(1) purchase cannabis and cannabis products from a licensed cannabis establishment;
(2) use cannabis and cannabis products to produce cannabis products; and
