Board: means the Cannabis Control Board. See

Department: means the Department of Liquor and Lottery. See
Dispensary: means a business organization licensed pursuant to chapter 37 of this title or 18 Vt. See

Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
insured: as used in this chapter , shall not be construed as preventing a person other than the insured with proper insurable interest from making application for and owning a policy covering the insured or from being entitled under such a policy to any indemnities, benefits, and rights provided therein. Qualifying medical condition: means :
