Nothing herein shall be construed as creating an obligation upon any locality to pay for grading or paving, or for sidewalk, sewer, curb and gutter improvements or construction.
Terms Used In Virginia Code 15.2-2268
- Locality: means a county, city, or town as the context may require. See Virginia Code 1-221
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
