No application or petition for injunction against any domestic, foreign, or alien society, or lodge thereof, shall be maintained in any court of this state unless made by the attorney general upon request of the commissioner.

Terms Used In Washington Code 48.36A.320
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Lodge: means subordinate member units of the society, known as camps, courts, councils, branches, or by any other designation. See Washington Code 48.36A.040
- Society: means fraternal benefit society, unless otherwise indicated. See Washington Code 48.36A.040
