Except as provided in this section, this Article modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., except that nothing in this Article modifies, limits, or supersedes section 7001(c) of that act, and nothing in this section either authorizes or prohibits electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 7003(b) of that act. This section does not modify, limit, or supersede application of the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., to transactions governed by Article 2 or 2A of this title.
