The department of ecology shall seek federal funding, such as is available under the clean air act (42 U.S.C. § 1857 et seq.) and the nuclear waste policy act (42 U.S.C. § 10101 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of RCW 70A.388.040(4)(e).
