6-4-1	United States senators, representatives, and presidential electors
6-4-2	United States senator appointed to fill vacancy
6-4-3	Judges and appointive officers
6-4-4	County and district officers and deputies

County court: includes any existing tribunal created in lieu of a county commission. See West Virginia Code 2-2-10
Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
