Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 13.19
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
No officer of the senate or assembly, while in actual attendance upon the duties of that person‘s office, shall be liable to arrest on civil process.
