Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 167.151

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of ss. 167.12 to 167.14 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $100 for each offense.
