There is appropriated to the board for people with developmental disabilities for the following program:

  • Appropriation: The provision of funds, through an annual appropriations act or a permanent law, for federal agencies to make payments out of the Treasury for specified purposes. The formal federal spending process consists of two sequential steps: authorization

   (1)   Developmental disabilities.
      (a)    General program operations. The amounts in the schedule to be used for general program operations of the board for people with developmental disabilities, including for providing grants under s. 46.2898.
      (h)    Program services. As a continuing appropriation, all moneys received by the board for people with developmental disabilities from invoicing entities for using state-owned space, as conference fees and other related expenditures, and from printing and publishing forms, documents, pamphlets, and other publications, to carry out the responsibilities of the board for people with developmental disabilities.
      (i)    Gifts and grants. All moneys received from gifts, grants, and bequests for the activities of the board for people with developmental disabilities, to carry out the purposes for which made and received.
      (mc)    Federal project operations. All moneys received from the federal government as project operations under 42 U.S. Code § 15021 to 15029, for the purposes for which provided.
      (md)    Federal project aids. All moneys received from the federal government as aids under 42 U.S. Code § 15021 to 15029, for the purposes for which provided.
