- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
A service insurance corporation may reserve or register a corporate name as provided in ss. 181.0402 and 181.0403 (2), (3) and (3m).
