Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:65-11
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The seal of the corporation now in use, shall continue to be the common seal of the corporation, unless and until a new or different seal be adopted by joint or concurrent action of the boards.
