Possession by any person, firm or corporation engaged in the sale of eggs or egg products creates a presumption that the eggs or egg products are for sale.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 3-713

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Eggs: means eggs that are in the shell and that are from chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese or any other species of fowl. See Arizona Laws 3-701
