A person, forwarding company or common carrier transporting eggs or egg products at the request of the shipper or owner shall not be deemed in violation of this article unless the person, forwarding company or common carrier wilfully fails or refuses to stop the transportation thereof with reasonable dispatch after notice in writing by the director that the eggs or egg products are found delivered for shipment in violation of this article.

  • Eggs: means eggs that are in the shell and that are from chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese or any other species of fowl. See Arizona Laws 3-701
  • Person: includes an individual, household, firm, corporation, company or association. See Arizona Laws 3-701
  • Wilfully: means , with respect to conduct or to a circumstance described by a statute defining an offense, that a person is aware or believes that the person's conduct is of that nature or that the circumstance exists. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • Writing: includes printing. See Arizona Laws 1-215
