- Committee: means the Housing Finance Committee created pursuant to Section 53524 and continued in existence pursuant to Section 53548. See California Health and Safety Code 53541
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
