Those portions of T. 24 N., R. 18 and 19 W.; 23 N., R. 17 and 18 W.; 22 N., R. 17 and 18 W.; 21 N., R. 17 W., west of the summit of the divide between the Pacific Ocean and the south fork of the Eel River.
