  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
  • board: means the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. See California Revenue and Taxation Code 20
  • Business affairs: as used in this article means the details relative to the business activities of the entity as disclosed by the return but shall exclude extraneous matters, such as the exact corporate title, corporate number, the date of commencement of business in this state, taxable year adopted, filing date of return, name, date and title of individuals signing affidavit to the return, due date of taxes, taxes unpaid, entity's address, private address of officers and directors.
