No person may engage in the cutting, styling or arranging of hair in any hairdressing shop, store or place without a license issued under the provisions of this chapter.

Are there any exceptions to the law regarding an unlicensed person working in a barber shop or salon if this person is enrolled as a hairdressing/barbering student at an accredited school and is working towards getting their license? Or is it strictly limited to those with a license? Thanks.
