The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall compile currently and submit a report to the Governor, as provided in § 4-60, giving information as to the number of state employees, the number of employees in the classified service, salary expenditures, employee turnover and any other matters pertinent to personnel administration.

- Classified service: means every office or position in the state service, whether full-time or part-time, for which compensation is paid, except those offices and positions specified in §. See Connecticut General Statutes 5-196
