Members who represent the state on the Health Care Cost Containment Committee, defined in § 3-123aaa, in consultation with the Comptroller, shall propose that the committee review prescription claims data for the state employee and retiree plans established in accordance with § 5-259 to increase the utilization of generic prescriptions in accordance with the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition agreements.
